We aim to describe products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and stock, designs and sizes may change. Category prices shown as “from” are starting prices, not a quotation for every item.

Ordering

A website or WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve stock. An order is accepted only after Prime Garments confirms the exact product, size or variation, final PKR price, availability, delivery or collection method and any delivery charge.

Payment and fulfilment

The available payment method and fulfilment details will be agreed before the order is dispatched or collected. Customers must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, return or exchange eligibility is handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
